Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and manage service documentation and processes.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for our valued clients.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting the excellence associated with Ferrari.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a related role
- A minimum of one year experience as a Service Advisor
- A genuine passion for ensuring excellence in customer service
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate proven technical ability
- Strong computer skills are a necessity
- Autoline experience would be advantageous
