What You’ll Do:

• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience and drive engagement

• Create and design marketing content to align messaging and visuals

• Monitor social media trends and jump on relevant opportunities

• Analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and ROI

• Manage community interactions and maintain a consistent brand tone

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing

• A strong understanding of different platform algorithms and best practices

• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual content and storytelling

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite & Google Ads

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships

• Can shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)

• Have worked with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
