The Opportunity
At Fulton Hogan, we’re proud to deliver the good work that keeps Southland moving. As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you’ll take the lead in planning and implementing safe, efficient traffic solutions across a variety of civil projects. With exciting times ahead as we move into Risk-Based Traffic Management, this is your chance to make a real impact in your local community while growing your leadership skills within a supportive and safety-focused team.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Champion the shift to Risk-Based Traffic Management by applying sound judgment and proactive planning on site.
- Collaborate closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and safe project delivery.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring new staff and sharing your traffic management expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a current Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2 is a bonus).
- Be STMS qualified or actively working towards certification.
- Bring a strong work ethic, enjoy physical activity, and thrive in a team that values safety, initiative, and a positive attitude.
