The Grocery/Chilled and Frozen/ Liquor Assistant is responsible for assisting in ensuring the Grocery/Chilled and Frozen and Liquor departments is presented in an appealing manner at all times and eye catching displays are built & maintained thereby encouraging customers to make purchases. You are also responsible for handling all customer enquiries, complaints and product knowledge, customer service skills, encourage repeat business. You are also responsible for ensuring stock is rotated appropriately.
