We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Provide expert product recommendations, offering professional advice tailored to customers’ needs while ensuring a friendly shopping experience.
- Oversee store presentation, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, payments are processed smoothly, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Maintain inventory control, conducting regular stock audits and assisting with order reviews to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate stock management, assisting in stock-taking activities and tracking orders to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Collaborate with corporate teams, vendors, and buyers, ensuring seamless business operations and updated product selections.
- Communicate effectively with team members, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Verify pricing, signage, and product displays, ensuring accuracy and alignment with promotional strategies.
- Uphold store cleanliness standards, maintaining an organized and hygienic sales floor and stockroom.
- Oversee inventory replenishment, receiving new deliveries from suppliers and restocking shelves as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting duties as required for store maintenance and stock handling.
Skills & Requirements:
o Either a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required OR any relevant tertiary-level qualification minimum Level 4 or higher can be considered in case of no experience (Overseas equivalent qualification is also acceptable)
o Knowledge of different vape products is desirable.
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Team Management and Team player skill is a plus
o Flexible working with a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
o Be efficient and calm under pressure
