Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience in the fuel industry, with in a supervisor or Management role?
Are you enthusiastic, a hands on person with experience dealing with customers and staff.
You must be committed to excellence and able to motivate my team to keep them at their best each day.
I need the following from applicants and expect you can back up your experience with fact.
- A can do attitude and ability to adapt quickly
- Be available to step in as required for this 24/7 site.
- Completed all the specific training as per expectations of leadership in Service Station industry with its complicated environmental and safety requirements.
- Experience with the business systems associated with a Mobil Service Station (Orbis POS & BOS)
- Proven merchandising and customer service skills
- Excellence in networking skills in building relationships with customers, suppliers, staff, business partners, service providers etc
- Proven skills associated with health and safety including food handling and Preparation.
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering goods for sale.
- Setting retail pricing to meet customers needs while maintaining profitable margins.
- Setting up promotions and able to negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintaining accounting records
- Meet all staffing requirements: hiring, training, coaching, supervising.
- Experience in disciplinary actions and the process involved when dealing with possible misconduct or serious misconduct issues with staff.
- Able to prepare and present a business Plan to the Director and Shareholders.
- Deal with the Chartered accountant on a monthly basis for the Monthly Profit and Loss.
- Communicate with and action all requests by the Operation and Territory Manager.

Pay: $29.66 – $33.00 per hour
