SHREE SAI HOLDINGS (PURNELL STREET) LIMITED is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join its team in the Manawatū-Whanganui region, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
- Undertaking the planning, managing and controlling the store operations
- Implementing and managing the prices of services offered by the business
- Undertaking the promotion and marketing activities to uplift sales and to meet the set targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and create authentic experiences in the store.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, including customer service objectives, operating plans, advertising strategies, purchase plans, store improvements and layouts.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
- Determine and maintain appropriate levels of inventory and manage the inventory process.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing net staff for the store
- Maintain good client relations; resolve any complaints from customers, suppliers and employees.
- Setting the service standard to meet the business requirements.
- Manage overall records and balance daily receipts and disbursements.
- Verify and audit the invoices to catch and correct any errors and submit cash and sales records.
- Assure that the cash register balances at the end of each shift and prepare the banking to update the financial records.
- Developing effective marketing strategies to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and occupational health and safety regulations.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $28 to $34 per hour.
Other requirements for the role:
- Minimum of 2 Years of relevant experience or at least Level 6 relevant qualifications
- A Valid Duty Manager’s Certificate
- Physically fit and able to stand for long durations
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
