Role Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a passionate sales team to meet and exceed targets
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards
Drive visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional campaigns
Manage store operations, including rostering, reporting, and inventory
Train and mentor team members, creating a positive and high-performing culture
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
About You:
Proven retail management experience (sportswear or fashion preferred) of 2 years
- A diploma in relevant field or any Bachelors degree may substitute the work experience required

Sales-driven with excellent problem-solving ability

Available for weekend and public holiday work as required
