MR KIWI PRIVATE LIMITED is a horticulture contracting company based in the Bay of Plenty region . We require full-time Supervisors/Team Leaders to perform a range of tasks associated with the safe and productive direction-setting, and supervision, of laborer's and other staff. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and driving the output of your team
- Working in a leadership position supervising sites and ensuring quality standards, performance standards and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Organizing and coordinating materials and staff for sites
- Undertaking administration with respect to staff on sites
- Reporting to management
Requirements:
- At least 1 years’ relevant/transferable experience, such as supervisory experience or experience in agricultural/horticultural settings. Pay range: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. Hours: As this is a full-time position, you will be guaranteed a minimum 30 hours per week but will likely be required to work approximately 40hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
