As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Advisors as they work with the business to ensure seamless and inclusive recruitment. You'll be the engine behind our processes - keeping things moving, ensuring accuracy, and delivering a great experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible work environment, learn something new and gain some experience in supporting recruitment at MBIE. You might be an experienced administrator or coordinator or just have a particular interest in this area and would like exposure within a People Culture environment.
We are looking for someone who is customer focussed, flexible and organised, and who thrives on collaboration and generating new ideas and ways of doing things. You will enjoy turning your hand to whatever this Ministry throws our way, but key tasks will include the following:

- Experience in administration and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver great service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in recruitment or People Culture is a plus, but not essential.
- Legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
