Division: Sales & Leasing
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join our dynamic West Auckland Sales & Leasing division. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and creativity will shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide primary administrative support to the General Manager and wider team
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, auctions, and media bookings
- Prepare executive summaries, proposals, and presentations
- Manage property listings and compile research and documentation
- Organise team and client events, meetings, and diary/email management
- Maintain databases, track records, and campaign budgets
- Ensure branding guidelines and company procedures are followed
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property-related websites and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism
