We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Team Leader to take charge of our Seasonal Department at Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate.
This exciting area of our store covers BBQs, Outdoor Furniture, Camping, Heating & Cooling – all the things that turn houses into homes and backyards into gathering places. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a shopping experience that’s fun, engaging, and memorable for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service every day
- Driving sales and ensuring the department is looking sharp, well-stocked, and inspirational
- Working with the Retail Manager to keep stock levels humming and inventory under control
- Building a strong, positive team culture where everyone feels valued and supported
- Taking ownership of daily operations and ensuring the department runs smoothly

- Proven retail leadership experience – you know how to inspire and bring out the best in people
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
- A friendly, approachable personality with top-notch communication skills
