Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead integration solution design & architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient implementations.
- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and middleware using Java, Kafka, and cloud technologies.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD automation, and integration best practices.
- Provide mentorship & technical guidance, fostering innovation and excellence across the team.
- Oversee the development of containerized applications, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Drive observability & monitoring, optimizing performance with tools like New Relic, Kibana.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver integration solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in software development & integration architecture.
- Expertise in Kafka, Azure API Management, microservices, Terraform, and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot 3, API security, and backstage integration templates.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data governance tools like Snowflake (nice to have).
- Effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation
