About the Role
As a Teller you are accountable for meeting customers’ financial transaction needs. It is expected that tellers will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to branch performance by identifying unmet customer needs and referring customers to the sales team. In addition, Telling staff will be responsible for ATM Custodianship duties, and rotation to Enquiry Counter/Customer service duties as required.

What will your day look like?
Drive and significantly enhance our customer service experience by reducing customer waiting time.
Improve transaction productivity, efficient use of terminal, well-organized and keeps essential forms and items at hand.
Manage general customer enquiries to resolution or escalation where necessary.
Ensure accuracy of transactions processed
Manage inflow and outflow of cash
Actively participate in sales management by completing the weekly activity plan with referral numbers
