Experienced Floor Finisher Installer

We are a large commercial flooring company, working on the biggest and most exciting new construction and refurbishment projects in Auckland.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on commercial job sites installing commercial timber. A candidate would be expected to have the following work experience and skills:
- Read and interpret floor plans and prepare carpet accordingly
- Verify on site measurements with floor plans
- Prepare a variety of subfloors including working with floor grinders, levelling compounds and other floor preparation products to ensure suitability for floor coverings
- Install commercial and residential flooring according to floor plans efficiently and accurately without call back.
We are offering $30-35 per hour for a candidate with proven experience. The location of the job is in Auckland. There are no formal qualifications required for this job.
