CARTERS Henderson is seeking a Trade Sales Manager to lead the internal sales and customer teams. This management role is responsible for providing critical operational support to the branch manager focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to our trade customers, enhancing branch sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the customer service team on a daily basis. You will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient processes throughout all branch operations.
- Lead by example and work alongside the trade support and customer service team to identify suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and complete sales documentation accurately for our customers.
- Guide and nurture a small team, fostering inspiration, support, motivation, and advancement opportunities to encourage growth and succession.
- Maintain best practice standards by setting an example and efficiently managing the team to meet objectives, optimize revenue, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
