Key Requirements:
A valid Class 5 heavy vehicle driver’s licence
or At least 1 year of experience
or Level 3 or above qualification.

Comfortable with routine administrative tasks in an office or dispatch environment
Good understanding of NZ traffic regulations, logbook systems, and load safety protocols
Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class 5 vehicles on scheduled delivery or courier routes as required
Oversee loading and unloading of freight while ensuring cargo handling safety
Assist with office-based tasks such as dispatch coordination, delivery scheduling, and record keeping
Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery documentation, and compliance records
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
Liaise with clients, dispatch, and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
Adhere to workplace safety, NZTA transport rules, and internal company policies
