Job Description
As an Inwards Goods Team Member, you’ll play a key role in handling and processing incoming goods that drive NZ’s engineering, building, marine, and dairy sectors. Join a friendly team that values hard work, offers great hours, career growth, and competitive pay in a supportive, Kiwi-owned company.
What will you do each day?
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods accurately and efficiently
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with received goods
- Prepare and organize incoming goods for storage or distribution
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Have fun while working as part of a friendly team
We’re after someone:
- With 3-5 years of inwards goods experience
- Who has experience using stock inventory software
- With strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and maintaining records
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Who is physically fit
- Who thinks outside the square and enjoys being a member of a team
- With a forklift/counter balance license, or keen to get one while on the job
- Who may have experience using a Turret truck (ideal but not essential)
