We’re seeking trusted Community Navigators—people with strong church/family networks and lived experience—who can walk alongside whānau, connect them to services, and celebrate Pacific identity every step of the way.
What you’ll do
· Reach out through churches, sports clubs and neighbourhood groups.
· Walk alongside families who may be isolated, disconnected or experiencing hardship.
· Support families to set goals and accompany them to key appointments.
· Record basic progress data and uplifting stories in our CRM such as PAUA (training provided).
· Write a Report to both Funders and Taulanga U.
· Embed Pacific language, culture and faith in every interaction.
· Act as a conduit between whānau, Navigators and service providers.
· Participate in Community practice and capability program.
What you’ll bring
· Respected standing in your community and a genuine heart for service.
· Ability to relate to families facing hardship and listen without judgment.
· Confident communicator in English and/or a Pacific language.
· Reliability, integrity and willingness to learn digital tools.
· Full NZ driver license.
