Taulanga Ū has been confirmed as a preferred provider of Whānau Ora Navigator Services. We’re looking for a qualified, culturally grounded Navigator to partner with Pacific whānau, co‑design Whānau Plans, and champion equitable access to health, housing, education and social support.

· Build trusting relationships and complete holistic assessments.

· Co‑create and monitor strength‑based Whānau Plans.

· Advocate across government and community systems to remove barriers.

· Manage risk, maintain clear case notes and enter data into our cloud CRM.

· Share insights that drive systems change and inspire your colleagues

· Participate in structured supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing training.

· You are accountable to complete any reports required.

· Participate in any meetings with Funder, internal or any relevant external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

· NZ‑recognised qualification (e.g., Social Work, Counselling, Health, Education).

· Minimum of 2+ years working with families with complex needs.

· Digital confidence (Teams/Zoom, case‑management or CRM software and PAUA Client System) training provided.

· Proven experience in structured reporting and planning

· Commitment to reflective practice and professional development

· Full NZ driver license and flexibility to travel.

· Heart for Pacific people, values and language (Pacific language fluency a bonus especially Tongan).
