The Opportunity | Ara Whiwhi Mahi
We are looking for a personable and detail-orientated team member to support the operational needs of our Christchurch campus. This role is essential in creating a safe, inclusive and well-functioning workplace that supports staff and visitors. You’ll be responsible for facilities management, mail and logistics coordination, EV fleet oversight, and day-to-day activities that support our internal customers.
About you | Mōu
This role requires impeccable time management, being able to quickly adapt within an often fast-paced environment, retain new information, learn new technologies and systems.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, which is our core working window.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age groups
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease
- Comfortable working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems
- A collaborative, respectful, and customer-oriented approach
- A genuine enjoyment in communicating with people
- A full and clean drivers' licence Proven experience in facilities in a workplace environment, ideally within the public sector.
