About the role

We are seeking an experienced 3PL Manager to lead and execute a best-in-class 3PL logistics network for our finished goods and spare parts. This is an integral leadership role in our Operations team, ensuring that our products reach our customers safely, efficiently and on time, while upholding the highest service and safety standards.

In this role you’ll be responsible for managing our national 3PL logistics operation – from container cartage, inter DC transfers, retail & commercial deliveries to final mile delivery & installation. It also encompasses reverse logistics and recycling. You’ll drive continuous process improvement, embed a strong health and safety culture, and partner across functions to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence.

You are a commercially astute logistics professional with proven experience managing third-party providers and driving operational performance. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and are passionate about safety, service and continuous improvement. Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams and partners.
