About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance

Fulton Hogan is seeking an Accounts Payable Super Star to join the Finance Team within the unique and impactful Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance. This Alliance a collaboration between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan, and NZTA, plays a crucial role in maintaining the Auckland State Highway Network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland Network System.

What you will be doing:

You will have a variety of responsibilities and accountabilities, including (but not limited to):
  • Experience in accounts Payable invoice and Purchase order processing.
  • Procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Working with ERP systems and processes
  • A customer-centric focus with a proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Work alongside the team and the wider group within ASM

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • NZQF Level 5 or higher qualification
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • A true team player who is willing to work alongside the team and the wider group
  • Proficient in learning new technology and systems; Microsoft Dynamics Experience an advantage
  • Have clear written and verbal communication
  • High standard of customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Capable of working independently
