Are you a proactive detail-driven finance professional with strong relationship building skills?

We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage our end-to-end receivables process and be the go-to contact for retailer finance queries.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage retailer sweep process
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
  • Manage retailer finance queries and relationships
  • Support month-end reporting and contract database updates
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to team KPIs
  • Play a key part in retailer sweeps and database management
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all touchpoints.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • NCEA Level 3 Accounting or other relevant tertiary qualification (a plus)
