Are you a proactive detail-driven finance professional with strong relationship building skills?
We're on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage our end-to-end receivables process and be the go-to contact for retailer finance queries.
What you'll do:
- Manage retailer sweep process
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Manage retailer finance queries and relationships
- Support month-end reporting and contract database updates
- Drive process improvements and contribute to team KPIs
- Play a key part in retailer sweeps and database management
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all touchpoints.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
- NCEA Level 3 Accounting or other relevant tertiary qualification (a plus)
