Key responsibilities
As an Accreditations Officer, you will:
Play a critical role in the accreditation of facilities and systems within New Zealand and off-shore locations.
Provide advice on accreditation policy.
Build strong working relationships across the unit and with external stakeholders.
Contribute to the delivery of the unit work programme.
No two days will be the same. This is a varied, hands-on role where your contributions matter and your expertise is valued.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will bring:
3-5 years' experience within a technical environment in one of the following areas: RF, telephony, electrical/electronic engineering or information communications technology methodology.
Experience working effectively in a team environment.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and adapt as needed.
A proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure and time constraints.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A high degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm and drive.
Willingness to travel regularly and work non-standard hours when required.

Before you apply
Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.
You must:
Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
