The role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a role that challenges, excites and evolves daily? We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Accreditations Officer to join our small, specialised and collaborative team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys building strong relationships while solving complex problems, this could be your perfect fit.

The work can be intense, and we occasionally operate outside of standard hours but if you're energised by meaningful work, a sense of purpose and a team environment with a touch of fun and humour, you'll thrive here.

Why work for us

Alongside getting to work with other talented people, we also offer a range of comprehensive benefits which include:

Medical Insurance and Vision Care packages
Enhanced employer contributions to your Kiwisaver
Generous Leave benefits, including additional paid days off and enhanced sick and parental leave
Childcare allowance for your preschoolers
Onsite free gym
Opportunities for personal and professional growth and career pathways across the intelligence community
Great work-life balance

Who we're looking for

Ideally you will bring:
3-5 years' experience within a technical environment in one of the following areas: RF, telephony, electrical/electronic engineering or information communications technology methodology.
Experience working effectively in a team environment.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and adapt as needed.
A proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure and time constraints.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A high degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm and drive.
Willingness to travel regularly and work non-standard hours when required.

Ready to make an impact?
