Taitara Mahi - Administration Specialist - Emergency Management

Council’s Risk team works to drive excellent emergency management practices within the Council as well as working alongside emergency services and key response agencies.
We are seeking a efficient Administration Specialist to join our team and support our efforts in preparing communities and Council to handle emergencies. Known for their interpersonal skills and great administrative ability, the successful candidate will be able to organise rosters and workshops to enable effective delivery of the risk team activities.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- An understanding of emergency management.
- Experience maintaining rosters, organising training and workshops.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Be a team player able to contribute to solving problems.
