Job Description

The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi 

We are on the lookout for an Admission Adviser to join our team.  This is a pivotal role in the University’s admissions process.  You’ll be responsible for assessing applications ensuring they meet established criteria, processing associated documentation within agreed timeframes.

While this is primarily a behind-the-scenes position, you will also provide accurate and timely advice to prospective studies, agents and internal stakeholders – mostly via email and online systems – about course and entry requirements.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.  The salary range for this role is $62,400.00 - $66,800.00 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, all while not sacrificing the quality of the interactions with your customers and stakeholders. You genuinely enjoy working with people and know how to balance great customer experiences with sound decision-making that aligns with our policies and procedures.
