Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like?
You'll spend your time working closely with Relationship Managers to build trusted relationships with Agri customers and helping them move forward with confidence. You’ll be involved in shaping and delivering customer strategies, financial analysis, deal structuring and adding value to farmers.
Your days will include contributing to engagement initiatives and helping to grow existing relationships. As your industry knowledge develops, you’ll stay attuned to market trends and client needs, all while being part of a team where your ideas are welcome and your contribution genuinely matters.
You’ll also:
Help prepare customer reports and assist with credit analysis
Build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and product partners
Represent ANZ professionally in the market — with warmth, clarity and confidence
Champion inclusive, values-led behaviour in everything you do

You will bring:
Experience in relationship management, financial analysis, accountancy or business drivers
An understanding of the Agri sector (helpful but not essential - we're open to teaching the right person)
A genuine interest in working with people and solving problems collaboratively
Confidence working independently and making sound decisions
Clear and thoughtful communication skills
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger
