About the Role
Summerset is seeking an Architectural Manager – Residential to lead the delivery of high-quality villa and ancillary building projects across our portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Establish and grow a centre of excellence for residential typologies
- Oversee architectural documentation
- Undertake QA, and complete all building consent processes (lodgement and responses to RFI’s)
- Respond to Construction RFI’s & lead on-site final inspections to ensure regulatory compliance & quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to drive innovation and consistency
What you’ll bring:
- NZRAB registration or LBP2 qualification (minimum)
- 5+ years in architectural management, with residential focus
- Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code and NZS 3604
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
