Ko t m tou mahi - Our Role
As an Asset Manager you will be responsible for the management of an assigned portfolio of existing properties from standalone to multi storied assets, based in the Wellington region.
You will use your solution focused approach and strong interpersonal skills to form solid relationships with a broad range of our key stakeholders, who could be our Housing Support Teams, Contractors and Trades, through to our internal Housing Delivery system team.
Ng pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring:
- Relevant Property Management or valuation qualification or equivalent experience
- Background in the management of property assets/ projects
- Experience in Project based asset management - small to medium size projects
- Understanding of financial and technical information, analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of property legislation including the Fencing Act, Resource Management Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and Unit Titles Act
- Experience in undertaking options analysis, business memos, and report writing
- Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills
- Added advantage if you have experience or knowledge of Oracle, especially Procurement software
