The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven skin therapist to grow our Dermalogica counter at Life Pharmacy, Westfield Newmarket. This role is ideal for a qualified beauty therapist ready to step into a dynamic position that combines retail excellence and delivery of hands-on professional skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive with Purpose: Take charge of the Dermalogica counter with passion and precision—owning the daily operations, achieving sales goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, all while working collaboratively within the wider pharmacy team.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing personalised skincare consultations and maintaining a robust client database.
• Professional Skin Treatments: Deliver Dermalogica's suite of 30-min professional skin treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
• Event Coordination: Organise and execute in-store events aligned with product launches and promotional activities, collaborating with Life Pharmacy and Dermalogica Head Office.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold Dermalogica's brand standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and a premium retail experience.
• Certification: Diploma in Beauty Therapy (level 4 or level 5)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Counter Manager or Beauty Therapist role, preferably within a high-performing retail environment.
• Passion for Skincare: Deep commitment to skin health and educating clients to achieve their best skin ever.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets, with a customer-centric approach.
• Adaptability: Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
