The Role
Were seeking a strategic thinker with deep technical abilities and a passion for leading digital transformation. As BPM Lead, youll partner with clients on Business Process Management and Process Orchestration projects, manage relationships, and guide a talented team through complex solution delivery. Youll be responsible for shaping solution architecture, driving agile delivery, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery across large-scale BPM, BPI, and automation projects.
- Conduct deep technical discussions with senior stakeholders and present complex solutions in wider forums.
- Collaborate with clients to drive strategic outcomes and transformation initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development.
- Guide and mentor delivery teams through agile methodologies.
- Support end-to-end delivery using Appian, Pega, or similar technologies.
What You'll Need
- Experience in BPM, BPI, and automation, including leadership in solution design and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven track record in agile delivery models.
- Experience with Appian/Pega or similar platforms is highly desirable.
