CARTERS has an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our Onehunga branch and continue to drive the business forward.
As a focused Leader you will be recognised for career achievements in developing exceptional teams across sales and customer service.
This autonomous role encompasses a blend of people management, sales, customer relationship management and operational oversight. While the branch has an experienced and established team, they will look to you for support and guidance, giving you the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and foster positive change.

Your strong commercial acumen and proven sales management will distinguish you as a standout candidate, enabling you to lead your team through values-based leadership. Respected by customers as a trusted and approachable figure head, you consistently deliver to the highest standards. You will bring robust analytical and operational capabilities, a solid grasp of key business drivers including P&L performance, and a confident approach to managing change. Maintaining and building market share combined with exceptional customer relationships and strong people leadership skills will be imperative to your success, as is the ability to persevere in a highly competitive industry.
