Role ImpactAs we advance our global presence and explore brand and category extensions, we seek a creative and strategic marketing professional to join us and drive our communication and branding initiatives, ensuring our continued success and growth on the international stage!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary support for Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing activities across globally
- To manage influencer activity across organic, paid, and seeded channels. This includes creating briefs, reviewing content, reporting on campaigns, and managing relationships
- Lead the localisation and execution of paid and organic global campaigns, supplementing as needed with additional localised content or activations. Posting weekly and includes content plan briefing and management with the Brand engagement team.
- Be the brand guardian, ensuring the brand guidelines are executed consistently globally.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Ecomm team + handle all retailer website requirements
- Serve as the lead for all social content and influencer content. Including all elements from contracting, negotiating, creative and media spend
- Support Marketing Director in the execution of new product launches across all primary marketing channels.
- Support Marketing Director in the instore shopper marketing activations.
- Oversee the management of marketing stock
- Manage monthly tracking and reconciliation of marketing budgets across, ensuring adherence to planned budgets and activities agreed and approved by the GM. This includes timely management of invoices and payments.
- Act as key contact for customer service (across relevant markets) and manage monthly updates and actions.
- Handle the execution and ongoing maintenance of retailer listings
- Conduct post-activity evaluation, extract insights and develop lessons learned and recommendations for future brand activity
Skills & Experience
- Relevant experience in a brand or digital marketing role or equivalent from an agency (Ideally between 2-3 years)
- You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused
- A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach
- You’ll have a strategic and curious mindset

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong verbal and visual presentation abilities
- You are reliable, mature, a self-starter, and you are unafraid to try, test, and have the determination to continuously improve
- Familiarity with the latest social media trends and platforms is preferred
