- Working closely with operations and customer service to deliver outstanding support
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings

- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Confidence in presenting and tailoring solutions
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (ideal but not essential)
