- Managing a portfolio of existing business clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow account value and service usage
- Building strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Working closely with operations and customer service to deliver outstanding support
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings
What you’ll bring:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach
- Confidence in presenting and tailoring solutions
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (ideal but not essential)
