Te tūranga | The role:

As a Business Relationship Specialist in our Small Business Centre, you will play a key role in supporting our relationship team by managing a portfolio of high value Small Business customers as and when required to. This will range from day-to-day operational transactions to preparation of credit submissions for lending. In addition, you will also be responsible for carrying out various administrative and operational tasks to support our customers in an accurate and timely manner.

We're looking for someone who is energetic and driven. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and experiences, strong organisational skills coupled with your dedication to work hard for results, will be central to your personality and working style. Ideally, we're looking for someone from the frontline with lending experience who wants to build and develop a career in Small Business Banking.
