About the Role
As our Call Centre Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership while also participating in the roster, ensuring all calls, alerts, and notifications are managed promptly and professionally. You’ll oversee critical functions including emergency monitoring, alarm response, security requests, and on-call rostering, fostering a culture of responsiveness and continuous improvement.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Call Centre provides a 24/7 service to Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay, acting as the first point of contact for hospital critical alarms, emergency response, and key operational communications.

About you
You will bring:
- Certificate in Administration – NZQA Level 4 or equivalent
- Broad administration experience (ideally 7–10 years)
- Previous call centre experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
