Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity
We’re building a new Capability Deployment & Delivery team focused on delivering impactful learning solutions, emphasising self-service to create a seamless and engaging learner experience across the Co-op.

As our Capability Deployment & Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the heart of bringing high-quality learning to life.
Leading a centralised team, you’ll ensure learning and capability initiatives are deployed smoothly, consistently, and professionally across the business. From coordinating operational support to streamlining processes and leveraging digital tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people learn and grow.

This is a hands-on key leadership role where operational excellence meets continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for driving service standards, and ensuring every learner and stakeholder has a positive experience.

If you’re passionate about enabling scalable, repeatable, and impactful learning delivery - and love the idea of making things run like clockwork - this could be your next big move.

Mōu | About you
You’re a natural leader with a knack for operational delivery and a deep understanding of learning and development. You thrive in environments where you can simplify, standardise, and improve — and you know how to bring people along for the journey.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring a centralised team
  • Strong grasp of learning deployment and delivery operations , processes and service excellence
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • A sharp eye for process improvement, with experience in automation and simplification
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and enhance learner experience
  • System savvy with working knowledge of learning management systems and platforms to support efficient delivery
  • Skilled at juggling multiple initiatives and ensuring timely, coordinated execution
  • Collaborative spirit, with a track record of working across diverse stakeholder groups

You’re not just about getting things done - you’re about getting them done better, together.
