About the opportunity:
This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised Personal Assistant/ Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The role is an exciting one and will see you providing comprehensive administrative support to the New Zealand EGM and Leadership Team while managing the efficient operation of the Waitemata office.
This role combines personal assistance and office management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations, enhance productivity, and maintain a professional work environment.
Additionally, the position supports marketing initiatives, coordinating events, campaigns, and communications to strengthen the company's brand presence and align with strategic
objectives.
Your focus and responsibilities will include the following:
Manage EGM's diary, email, meetings, travel and correspondence systems.
Provide confidential administrative and secretarial services.
Coordinate Leadership Team meetings and communication channels.
Oversee office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Manage office-related purchases and supplier relationships.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the HANZ Branding Policy requirements.
Coordinate and assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns
Support event planning and execution for marketing purposes
Assist with sales and marketing communications
Assist with production of internal staff newsletters
Organise catering/ morning tea and other related events as required

Proven experience in an office management, personal assistant or senior administrative role.
Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite).

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
