Are you a natural people person who thrives on energy, engagement, and influence?

About the Opportunity | Mō te tūnga

We’re on the lookout for two dynamic Capability Developers to drive staff performance, confidence, and growth in our Integrity and Debt teams. These roles are all about connecting with people, leading from the front, and delivering high-impact learning experiences that really make a difference.

Whether you’re coaching one-on-one or running energetic group sessions, you’ll be the go-to expert — building capability, imparting knowledge, creating engaging learning solutions, sparking motivation, and helping teams deliver exceptional service to New Zealanders.

You’ll work alongside passionate professionals in a team that lives and breathes continuous improvement, values creativity, and embraces Te Ao Māori principles as part of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ko te mahi

We have two exciting opportunities based on your strengths and preferences:

Capability Developer – Quality & Risk Focus

Love the challenge of untangling complexity? You’ll take the lead on quality assurance initiatives, tackling calculations, spotting risks, and helping our teams sharpen their skills to deliver consistent, top-tier service.

Capability Developer – Learning & Coaching Focus

This role is all about connection. You’ll run vibrant, practical learning sessions and coach individuals and teams to lift capability, drive engagement, and build confidence. If you’re a natural presenter and motivator, this one’s for you.
