We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Chapter Lead - Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty to join the team on a 6-month contract. This person will lead the Digital Performance Marketing and Loyalty chapter, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support to deliver results quickly.
The right candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills across digital performance marketing platforms, including emerging and high-touch channels
- The ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal onboarding
- A balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery
- Experience in loyalty marketing or similar customer engagement programs
This is a critical role for ensuring our digital and loyalty marketing is optimised for growth while maintaining high standards of execution. We need someone confident, collaborative, and capable of stepping straight into a leadership position that drives both people and performance outcomes.
