We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Foreperson to join our Construction Division based out of Hamilton.
In this role, you’ll see yourself supporting with the delivery on a variety of projects throughout the Waikato. On a day-to-day basis the work involves leading a Construction Crew to deliver a quality service to our clients. Maintaining day to day production programmes, quality control, leading a team & ensuring our high standards of health & safety are met.
In addition to the above you will:
NZ resident or NZ citizen
Minimum of 3 years’ in civil construction across a variety of projects
Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsement
A background in retaining structures, temporary works, civil construction, earthworks and road construction
Previous experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator or Detailed Excavator Operator
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to guide and support crews
Ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers
Being a team player, self-motivated and take pride in your work
Passion and commitment to safety in the workplace
An eye for detail and the drive to deliver a quality job
