We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our collaborative team as a Client Services Officer. This position supports both the Findex Richmond and Nelson offices with days at each office to be arranged as required.

What will your typical week look like?
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Tax team, including assisting with the workflow tasking system and database management
- Administration tasks including; onboarding and offboarding client accounts, AML compliance, preparing and formatting Client Service Agreements, and monitoring workflow systems to ensure compliance documentation is delivered and filed on time marking work in and formatting of final work out to the client.
- WIP Management
- Ensuring timely completion of all client related tasks, meeting internal and external service standards
- Assisting with front-of-house reception duties and office operational tasks
- Communicating effectively with Clients, suppliers, and staff

- Proven administration experience with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders
