This role is responsible for supporting and completing administrative tasks within our Tax Advisory Client Services Team, based in Dunedin. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively with a high level of customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with the potential for some flexibility for hybrid arrangements.
What will your typical week look like?
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, including formatting letters and word processing.
- Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
- Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
