About the role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications, you’ll help deliver Oceania’s reputation strategy, brand narrative, and stakeholder engagement across New Zealand
You’ll work closely with our village teams, residents, regulators, government, media, and the wider community—ensuring our internal and external communications reflect our purpose and bring our strategy to life.
We are looking for a smart, curious and energetic communicator who’s as comfortable crafting a compelling internal message as they are navigating sensitive reputational issues. You’ll be a natural storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on doer.

- Solid experience in corporate communications, media relations, or government engagement.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging internal communications programmes across diverse teams
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with and connecting with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfy navigating complexity and ambiguity, and not afraid to ask questions to get things right
- Passionate about purpose-led work and amplifying the voices of residents and team members
- Someone who loves working with people, building genuine connections and prefers a good chat over endless emails
