About the Role
As the Contracts Liaison Coordinator, you will contribute to the end-to-end coordination of high-quality contractual arrangements across Te Waipounamu. In this role you will support the team to complete the contracts creation process, including technical advice, creation and management of contracts in our ALM system, liaising with Sector Operations for Nationally negotiated agreements as well as the receipt & data processing of performance reporting and Ensure compliance with organisations contracting polices, processes and procedures, including due diligence assessment of new providers.
About the Team & Service
The Contract and Finance Team support the wider Te Waipounamu Strategy, Planning and Outcomes Teams. We are responsible for the Financial and Contract management of Primary and Community agreements across Te Waipounamu. This includes Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting along with complex regional procurements and the end-to-end management of contract creation, development and sign-off within the region.
About you
You will be someone who has experience in working in an administrative environment where legislative considerations determine processes. You will understand the importance of ensuring compliance with organisations contracting polices, processes and procedures, including due diligence assessment of new providers.
You will have:
- An understanding of, and experience working with databases/registers
- Experience working with contracts, ideally within a health environment
- Experience working with contracting systems, ensuring contracts and providers are set up in the system correctly
- The ability to be flexible and cope with fluctuating work demands
- Significant administration experience using MS Excel, word and Power Point is essential.
- The ability to analyse data is desired but not essential
