Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator to join the Digital Engagement team on a fixed-term, full-time contract until December 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high quality business administration and support in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with preparation, production, collection and updating of project documentation.
- Identify and reduce risk of potential and actual project issues.
- Support various teams and develop strong working relationships.

You will be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration, documentation and support. This role is busy, with plenty of variety and collaboration. To thrive in this role, you will have an excellent manner with people, strong attention to detail, and self-management skills.
Key requirements:
- Experience as an Office/Project Coordinator and/or Administrator in a Tertiary education institute or other complex environment.
- An understanding of project practices, tool, and methodologies.
- Experience preparing high quality reports and documents.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to use your initiative.
